Generation Park is a 4,000-acre master-planned development along Houston's NE Beltway 8 which incorporates commercial offices, industrial developments, retail, educational, hospitality, and multi-family usages. As the lighting consultant for the developer, G2LD for a wide range of lighting including street, pedestrian, facade, landscape, and accent features. Additionally, G2LD reviews the lighting plans for any occupants of the development to ensure compliance with LEED and local ordinances. In addition, G2LD is responsible for coordinating small cell communications that are incorporated into the site lighting poles, eliminating the need for cell towers throughout the development.
